germs and a swine flu scare

Well it's been a crazy week. Stared out with everyone catching a cold. Livy stopped sleeping and was getting up about every two hours. Ok so not fun. No big deal until Danny and Elizabeth get sick. After we have been around them all weekend. I took them to the doctor( chris is out of town) and turns out that Elizabeth is having an asthma attack and Danny has the swine flu. Yes the swine flu. All I can think about is getting so lysol and cleaning the house. Anyway to make a long story short Grace had a 103 degree temp. Took the three little ones to the doctor on Tue. We have an asthma attack(Josh) two ear infections, and a healthy baby who was just trying to cause problems I guess.

Everyone is really on the road to recovery at my house(it's nice to sleep again) but down the street it's a different story. Now Chris is sick(very). We are staying far away from them. We will see them after our trip to Disneyland. Very excited about Disney. Grace can't stop talking about it. She wants to see the princesses, mickey and go on the merry go round. Can't wait to see her face. Hopefully will have pics next week.

I guess that I'm joining this new trend

First of all I must say that I love typing in different colors. If anyone ever reads this they will probably be annoyed but my ever changing color choices. So I guess now I have started a blog. I did this for several different reasons.

1. I always wish that I had writted down cute things that my kids said or did. I always think that I will just remember but of course that never happens. The more kids that I have had, the more brain cells I have lost.

2. I started reading an old friend from highschool's blog. She is an amazing writer when I read her blog I'm always either laughing or nodding my head in agreement. I will aspire to have such a great blog in the future.

3. My sister-in-law sent out an email this morning suggesting a community blog with some friends. It had me thinking more about doing this.

So here I am. I'm hoping that I can stick to it and enjoy adding to it often
